Open-mic this month fell on April 1st, and I figured I'd probably only get one chance to rickroll a pub on April Fools' Day.
So I planned a trilogy of one-hit wonders, culminating in Never Gonna Give You Up. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we were confined to two songs, so I elected to skip my second song. This meant that I didn't get quite the build-up to Rick that I'd planned, but them's the breaks.
I also tackled 99 Luftballons in the original German, with thanks to my German colleague Antonia for helping me with the pronunciation. Went pretty well - a couple of pints probably helped.
